Prototype was appointed by Dubai Police to design and develop their careers website and human resources portal that would act as the central point for all police and military careers. The strategy focused on streamlining the recruitment process for the candidates and the human resource department.
The project integrates four main components: the website, psychometric tests, a smart kiosk application that can be used during job fairs, and a reporting dashboard for the recruitment team. These functionalities gave Dubai Police a holistic digital recruitment strategy that benefits the team and the applicants.
