New UX/UI Initiative for Savola Group
Crafting an effective communication platform
As part of their new branding effort lead by Landor, Savola wanted also to renew their digital presence and apply their new branding strategy to a new web design.
The Savola website was not only updated with a new brand, but re-engineered from the ground with a new site architecture, content and imagery.
Savola Group had a complete revamp of their brand and it was Prototype’s task to work closely with the client and the brand team at Landor to redesign their digital experience. We followed our distinct UX design process to reinvent their entire digital presence. As part of the exercise we created a digital brand guide to maintain consistency in the long term.
After the design stage, we were tasked to implement their web channel end-to-end. Starting with solution design, best in market CMS selection, system architecture, analysis and development.
The final design was crafted through a combination of applying UX patterns, content production and strong digital branding.

- The solution was built using Sitefinity CMS latest edition and Microsoft Azure for hosting (PAAS for application, CDN for assets, special storage for daily backups).
- Real-time stock market.
- Included integration with third-party tools for shareholder information, market information, real-time stock market integration with Tadawul.sa to get company information, generate widgets, interactive charts and timelines as part of the corporate website.
